A lot of people have used the traditional plastic skinned food transport boxes from suppliers such as Cambro and Rieber. These types of products are no longer as popular as they were, with a lot of users having replaced them with the much lighter expanded polypropylene EPP Thermoboxes. The main reason given for this is that the EPP Thermoboxes are lighter when they are full than the plastic skinned boxes when they are empty.
